1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using the services provided by hubtoto, you automatically agree to all applicable terms and conditions. 2. Account Creation, Security, and Account Policy
Each user may only hold one active account on the hubtoto platform. Creating more than one account—whether under the same or different identities—is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the freezing of any balances held within them.
When registering, users are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes their full legal name, an active email address, a reachable phone number, and any other identification data required for the verification process. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice.
Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and account credentials confidential. All activity that occurs through a user's account, including financial transactions, is considered to have been carried out by the legitimate account holder. hubtoto reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close the accounts of users who violate these terms, engage in fraudulent or suspicious activity, or act in a manner deemed harmful to the platform or other users. In such cases, the platform's decision is final following an internal review process.
3. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
Users of the hubtoto platform must use the service for its intended purpose and must not misuse the platform for any purpose that violates the law, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or manipulation of the betting system. Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, use unauthorized automated software, or collude with other users constitutes a serious violation.
Users are prohibited from using the platform in ways that could harm other users or disrupt system operations. The use of bots, automated scripts, or other cheating methods to gain an unfair advantage will result in permanent account suspension. hubtoto has monitoring systems in place to detect unusual activity patterns and reserves the right to take action without prior notice.
Users are also responsible for ensuring that all their activity on the platform is within their own financial means. This platform does not provide financial advice and accepts no responsibility for losses arising from betting decisions made by users. Users are advised to set appropriate betting limits and to understand the risks involved in all gambling activity.
4. Payment Information, Transactions, and IDR Currency
All transactions on the hubtoto platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods commonly used in Indonesia, including digital wallets such as GoPay, OVO, and DANA, as well as bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri accounts. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method they use belongs to them and has been verified.
All withdrawal requests are subject to a strict identity verification process. hubtoto reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving a withdrawal, particularly for amounts that exceed certain thresholds or where unusual activity on the account has been detected. Transaction processing times vary depending on the chosen method and the outcome of the verification process.
Bonuses, cashback, and rewards received through the platform's promotional programs are subject to rollover requirements and the specific terms of each promotion. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly until the rollover requirements have been met. 5. Intellectual Property Rights and Third-Party Content
All content available on the hubtoto platform, including interface design, logos, text, graphics, software, and other visual elements, is the property of hubtoto or of parties that have licensed it to the platform, and is protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use such content for commercial purposes without written permission from the platform.
The platform may include links or references to third-party services such as payment providers or content partners. hubtoto is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party services. Users who access third-party services through the platform do so at their own risk and responsibility.
6. Limitation of Liability and Changes to Terms
hubtoto does not guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption. The platform is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the service, including data loss, device damage, or financial losses resulting from users' betting decisions. Users access and use this platform entirely at their own risk.
These terms may be updated at any time in response to operational needs or changes in applicable regulations.
